XML Vertical Can Type Condensate Pump

The XML type vertical can condensate extraction pumps are selected for applications where available Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH) is limited—whether due to system constraints or operation with liquids near their vapor pressure. Typical applications include condensate extraction and heater drain services. The NPSH requirements are readily satisfied by adjusting the length of the pump and can assembly, while also providing the advantage of reduced floor space occupancy.

Main Features

  • Overall Structure: High efficiency, excellent cavitation performance, advanced structure, long service life, and convenient installation and maintenance.
  • Pump Body: Adopts a dual-outlet or triple-outlet spiral flow channel design to balance radial forces and ensure smoother operation. Utilizes metal molds and precision casting for stable flow velocity and minimal losses.
  • First-Stage Impeller: Employs a double-suction, high-efficiency, wide-range hydraulic design with excellent cavitation performance.
  • Seal: Integrated single-end or double-end mechanical seal, leak-free during startup, operation, and shutdown. Long seal life, easy disassembly and assembly, and simple maintenance.
  • Balancing Drum: Provides significant and reliable axial force balancing, reducing the load on the thrust bearing and extending service life. Features a spiral sealing structure for low leakage and high volumetric efficiency.
  • Cylinder Coupling: Utilizes patented reducing head technology.
  • Outer Shell: Fully sealed negative pressure design for high rigidity and no deformation.
  • Radial positioning of the cylinder prevents directional swaying of the pump body, improving operational stability.
  • The guide vanes at the bottom of the pump body alter the flow pattern at the inlet of the first-stage impeller, further improving the pump’s anti-cavitation performance.
  • Guide bearings: Made of high-polymer material with a low coefficient of friction. They have vibration absorption capabilities and a long service life.
