CHDG Boiler Feed Pump BB5

The BB5 series pumps are horizontal, multistage centrifugal pumps with single or double casings, segmental design, and co-directional impeller arrangement, designed according to API 610 10th Edition “Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy Chemical and Natural Gas Industries” standard, with horizontal centerline support.

Main Features

  • Flanges conform to ANSI/DIN/ISO standards

  • Mechanical seal cavity dimensions conform to ISO21049 (API682)

  • Rotors are designed in series or back-to-back configurations

  • For low NPSHA conditions, a first-stage double-suction impeller or inducer structure can be used

  • For large-scale pumps, the entire internal unit can be disassembled as a whole with the bearing housing and mechanical seal housing, and reinstalled as a whole after maintenance, saving maintenance time

  • Optional self-lubricating and sliding bearings – thrust bearing design, with optional additional lubrication system

  • Axial force balancing can be achieved using a balancing drum or symmetrical impeller arrangement

Performance Range

  • Flow:15…1000m³/h.
  • Head:200…3700.
  • Temperature:-80℃ to +450℃.
