HD Vertical Turbine Mixed Flow Pump

HD type guide vane mixed-flow pump adopts the high-efficiency volute mixed-flow pump hydraulic model independently developed by our company. This type of pump features a wide high-efficiency zone and good cavitation performance. It is particularly suitable for use in situations where the water level varies greatly and the head is high.

Main Features

  • HD type pumps adopt a vertical shaft structure and are equipped with vertical motors. It consists of a water pump section and a transmission section, which are connected into a whole through a rigid coupling.
  • The axial force of the pump is borne by the transmission part. The transmission part can also be omitted. The pump and the motor are directly connected through a rigid coupling. The pin force of the pump is borne by the motor.
  • The HD type pump can be divided into two types of impellers: fixed type and adjustable type. Adjustable mixed-flow pump, with blades that can be adjusted in Angle. The circular type impeller has the blades and the impeller laid as one, and the blade Angle cannot be adjusted.
  • The rotation direction of the pump, when viewed from the suction inlet, is in the clockwise direction of the delivery.
