Питательный насос котла CHDG BB4

The BB4 series pumps are horizontal, multistage centrifugal pumps with a single casing, segmental design, and co-directional impeller arrangement, designed according to API 610 “Centrifugal pumps for petroleum, heavy chemical and natural gas industries” standard, and supported by a horizontal centerline.

Основные характеристики

  • Flanges conform to ANSI/DIN/ISO standards
Mechanical seal cavity dimensions conform to ISO21049 (API682)
  • Several different hydraulic models are designed for each impeller specification to ensure high efficiency and low operating costs over a wide operating range. A first-stage double-suction impeller structure can be used for low NPSHA conditions.
  • The casing adopts a center-supported design to withstand high forces and torques.
  • Self-lubricating and sliding bearing-thrust pad bearing designs can be selected according to power and axial force conditions, with optional additional lubrication systems.
